Part of a team that set up First Bank Academy especially in the aspect of SCORM/ eLearning.
In partnership with Business Resources Associates restructured and reoriented the Customer Services Department of Wema Bank.
In partnership with Zercom Systems set up the eLearning Oracle Platform of Diamond Bank PLC and supplied all the transcribed and SCORMed courses.
In partnership with HCDC Limited, lead a Change Management initiative of Etisalat. Also, a new team of 22 roles of talents where filled in the process.
In partnership with Bradshaw Abels Consulting, a resource person for performance management workshop for Divisional and Subsidiary Directors of Oando PLC.
